Advanced Taekwondo Systems is located in a state-of-the-art sports training complex (Northeast Sport Training and Rehabilitation) in Warwick, Rhode Island.  The design of our practice site allows for both sport-specific training and general athletic development.  There is a 1250 sq foot matted area dedicated to sparring.  We have on-site access to an indoor track and a full line of modern fitness equipment.  There are new bathroom and shower facilities along with a furnished reception area, a conference room and a comfortable observation area for parents/spectators.

            This site is centrally located within the Northeast region of the United States and is easily accessed by car and all forms of public transportation.  Within a ¼ mile radius are: an exit ramp of Interstate Route 95, a major airport, and local bus service.  A new Amtrak train station will be built within the same ¼ mile radius by 2009.  There are numerous high-quality hotels and a full range of dining establishments within the immediate vicinity.
